Culley W. Davis__________________________________________________________

Mr. Davis is the founder of One World Nutrition, Inc. and has served as its Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Director since the formation of its predecessor, One World Nutrition, Inc., a Utah corporation, in April, 2003. Mr. Davis has been the Managing Partner of Novus Capital, LLC since January, 2002. He has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of HydroMaid International, Inc. (“HYII”) from 1992 until the present. The common stock of HYII was traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. In June 2004, Mr. Davis was certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Sports Nutrition Specialist by the International Fitness Professionals Association and he is a Level I USAT Triathlon Coach.

Mark Allen______________________________________________________________

Mr. Allen has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April, 2005. Mr. Allen is a six-time Ironman Triathlon World Champion from years 1989-1993 and 1995, and a ten-time undefeated Nice International Triathlon Champion. Over the course of his racing career, which ended in 1996, he maintained a 90% average in top-three finishes. He was named Triathlete of the Year six times by Triathlete magazine, and in 1997 Outside magazine labeled him the World’s Fittest Man. Since retiring from competition, Mark has continued his role as spokesperson for companies including Nike, Oakley, and World Triathlon Corporation. In addition he serves as an advisor to races worldwide and teaches his success formula to personal and business professionals around the globe.

Bruce H. Haglund________________________________________________________

Mr. Haglund has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April, 2005. Mr. Haglund has practiced law in Orange County, California since 1980. From May, 2003, to August, 2004, Mr. Haglund was employed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Veterinary Pet Services, Inc. In August, 2004, Mr. Haglund returned to the private practice of law with Gibson, Haglund & Paulsen in Irvine, California. Mr. Haglund also serves as Chairman of the Board and interim Chief Executive Officer of Dermisonics, Inc.

Kenneth M. Kroll, M.D., FICS_______________________________________________

Dr. Kroll has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April, 2005. Dr. Kroll is a Rutgers National Scholarship recipient, graduated from Harvard Medical School and finished specialty surgery training at Stanford Medical Center. He is a board certified surgeon, a member of the AMA, the AUA, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. Kr. Kroll was elected a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons in 1994, and was board certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine in December, 2000.
Dr. Kroll brings to the Company a highly respected career in the health and medical field as both a practitioner and a seasoned professional business executive. After 25 years of a very busy specialty surgical practice, Dr. Kroll left private practice and has served as a consultant and an executive in various nutritional and medical research companies. Dr. Kroll provides One World Nutrition, Inc. with extensive clinical experience managing human health and disease, an extensive knowledge base of how natural products improve human health, a deep understanding of the health products industry and an overall understanding of domestic and international markets. As a specialist in anti-aging medicine and with a wealth of natural product experience, Dr. Kroll is a valuable asset as a director for One World Nutrition, Inc.

Daron H. Smith, CPA______________________________________________________

Mr. Smith has served as the Chief Financial Officer of One World Nutrition, Inc., since the formation of its predecessor, One World Utah, Inc., a Utah corporation, in April, 2003. Mr. Smith obtained a bachelors degree in accounting from Boise State University and obtained his CPA while working for Deloitte and Touché, LLP. Mr. Smith has a broad range of accounting, financial, and SEC reporting experience. Mr. Smith joined HydroMaid International, Inc. (“HYII”) a company with common stock publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board as controller in July, 2000. He served in that capacity until August, 2001, when he became Chief Financial Officer, a position he held until April, 2003. Mr. Smith also served as Controller for Liquitek Enterprises, Inc. (“LEI”), another OTC Bulletin Board company, from July, 2000, until April, 2002.
